Qualifications

• 2+ years as an Account Manager or Business Account Manager in fintech, payments, or acquiring.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with multiple stakeholders.
• Analytical approach with payment statistics and performance metrics.
• Ability to handle multiple clients at a fast pace.
• Proactive, results-oriented with strong customer service.
• Languages: English C1, Russian C1.
• Experience in fintech is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for your portfolio of clients and resolve issues quickly.
• Guide clients through full lifecycle: monitor payment performance and improve processes.
• Review payment data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Conduct regular business reviews to gather feedback and plan next steps for growth.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts: new markets, currencies, payment methods, and products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client requests and enhance service.
• Stay updated on payments industry developments to advise clients.
• Maintain client documentation and track account status and open items.
