Evotym is a specialist recruitment agency focused on fintech talent across Europe. We are seeking a Senior Talent Sourcer to build and sustain high-quality candidate pipelines, engage top fintech professionals, and support recruiters and clients with standout profiles.

This role suits someone passionate about sourcing, research, and fintech talent trends. You will work in a fully remote, flexible environment, with learning opportunities and exposure to leading European fintech teams and hiring

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of sourcing or recruitment experience, ideally fintech or tech.
• Experience using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, AmazingHiring, or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Russian and English.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, data-driven approach to sourcing.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Teamtailor, Lever, Greenhouse).
• Passion for fintech and curiosity about new roles and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and engage candidates for technical, product, and business roles within fintech.
• Use platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search to identify potential candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of pre-qualified talent for current and future needs.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Conduct initial outreach and screening to assess interest, motivation, and fit.
• Keep ATS and sourcing trackers up to date with accurate candidate information.
• Stay updated on fintech market trends and competitor talent strategies.
