Evotym is seeking a Sales Manager to drive B2B sales and forge strategic partnerships in the fintech and payments space. This fully remote role serves international clients, managing the complete sales cycle from outreach to contract signing and activation.

You will build and close international deals in payments, crypto processing, and related fintech sectors, using inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and your network.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year in sales roles such as Sales Manager, SDR, or BDR.
• Experience in B2B sales, fintech, payments, crypto, or ecommerce.
• Experience with international clients and markets.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end sales process.
• Strong written and spoken communication and negotiation skills.

Aufgaben

• Own the full sales cycle from outreach to contract signing and activation.
• Develop and close international B2B deals in fintech/payments sectors.
• Leverage inbound/outbound leads and networks to build a strong pipeline.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across markets; CRM maintenance.
• Represent the company at events to generate new business opportunities.
• Maintain CRM data, reporting, and forecasting.
• Contribute to improving and scaling sales processes.
