Job summary
DXC Technology in Poland seeks a German-speaking Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join an international AMS team delivering SAP HCM services for German customers. The role covers run & maintenance, 2nd/3rd level support, and project work within SAP HCM, focusing on PY-DE in a multi-country context.
You will configure payroll systems, analyze complex issues, and collaborate with HR and IT to ensure compliant payroll processing and timely delivery across borders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of SAP HCM consulting, implementation and support with a focus on German Payroll (PY-DE).
- Hands-on configuration, schemas, PCRs, wage types and payroll integrations (FI).
- Experience with SAP Notes/OSS Notes and year-end payroll activities.
- Strong knowledge of PA, OM and PT modules and German payroll processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide functional consulting and support for SAP HCM Payroll (PY-DE).
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex payroll issues and related HCM topics.
- Perform system customization and configuration per legal requirements.
- Participate in implementations, enhancements, and change requests.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR and technical teams.
- Support testing, defect resolution, and deployment of payroll changes.
