Job summary

T Hub Poland, part of Deutsche Telekom Group, seeks an experienced SAP HCM consultant to advise on implementation and operation of SAP HCM solutions. You will handle analysis, requirements management, and integration to FI/CO, with emphasis on PA and PY modules and personnel cost planning.

Remote role with quarterly HQ presence in Warsaw; duties include project work, training delivery, and SAP HCM portfolio development across PA, PY, OM and related sub-modules.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of professional experience as SAP HCM consultant (H4S4).
Integrative system understanding and knowledge of SAP HCM processes (PA, PY).
Experience in SAP Application Management for SAP HCM or H4S4 implementation projects.
Strong knowledge of personnel cost planning and organizational management in SAP HCM.

Responsibilities

Advise on SAP HCM implementation and operation from analysis to requirements.
Project work focusing on SAP HCM administration, payroll & time management, and FI/CO integration.
Develop and maintain SAP organizational management and personnel cost planning functionality.
Provide trainings on sub-modules PA, PT, PY, PD, PKP and OM.
