Job summary

Strada in Poland seeks an experienced SAP Payroll Implementation Lead to partner with clients, capture payroll requirements, guide workshops, configure solutions, and ensure compliance with Polish regulations.

You will own testing phases (SIT/UAT/parallel runs), data mapping and migration, and oversee go-live activities, collaborating with local and global teams to deliver on-time milestones while maintaining strict confidentiality and high-quality service.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree with involvement in 3+ SAP HCM implementations.
In-depth knowledge of Polish payroll regulations and HR system implementations.
Fluent in English and Polish with excellent communication and client focus.
Strong client focus, accountability for results, and discretion with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to capture payroll requirements and guide workshops, configuration, and systems setup.
Validate and configure payroll solution and integrations per legal regulations.
Assist with data mapping, migration, YTD preparation and accuracy checks.
Manage SIT/UAT/parallel runs and address issues with local and global teams.
Oversee go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness.
Track project progress and collaborate with project managers to meet milestones.
