Job summary

Emplyfy, a UK-based cleaning company, is seeking a motivated Sales Support Specialist to ensure customer enquiries are followed up, managed and converted into bookings.

You’ll support the sales process by engaging with warm leads, answering questions and keeping sales information accurately recorded. Build strong relationships, understand customer requirements and contribute to hitting sales targets with clear CRM processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in direct sales, telesales, or business development.
• Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities in customer conversations.
• Resilient and confident handling rejection with a target-driven mindset.
• Proven success in phone-based sales and meeting targets.
• Experience using CRM systems to track opportunities and outcomes.
