Zusammenfassung

Envipco is seeking a Field Service Manager to build and lead a Polish service team supporting its growing installation base in Poland. You will ensure top-quality service delivery, recruit and develop staff, and coordinate with Sales, Operations and Development to optimize performance.

You will work closely with the country manager to meet SLAs, manage partners, and drive continuous improvement across the European Support network, contributing to a fast-growing, global RVM technology leader.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years’ experience in successfully developing/leading field service teams.
• Pro-active problem solver, calm under pressure, driven by customer satisfaction.
• Practical knowledge of Customer Service and Project Management.
• Confident in setting/monitoring KPI’s, both internal and external.
• Experience in managing direct/indirect teams.
• Clear in communication, focused and patient.
• Fluent in English & Polish, any other European language is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Take overall responsibility for service delivery and operational performance in the region, ensuring compliance with SLAs and company standards.
• Manage and supervise Field Service, Service Desk, Application Support, Logistics and Warehouse teams, as well as external service partners.
• Set team objectives, manage workloads, monitor performance and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Actively participate in recruitment, onboarding and development of technical and operational staff.
• Collaborate with Sales to forecast service capacity and resource needs in line with installed base growth.
• Oversee logistics, warehouse operations, spare parts availability and inventory management to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Coordinate with Operations, Sales and Development teams to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate operational, contractual and project-related risks.
• Monitor service performance, conduct quality reviews and provide regular management and customer reporting.
• Support Business Development in identifying additional sales and service opportunities.
• Gather customer feedback and stay informed about product developments to drive continuous service improvement.
