Job summary

Panasonic Industry Europe GmbH in Lodz, Poland invites a Sales Engineer (m/f/d) to grow the customer base across the CEE region. You will develop and expand business with new and existing customers, and support technical sales across enterprise accounts.

You will travel regularly, build strong relationships with distributors and stakeholders, and collaborate with BDMs, Field Application Engineers, and Inside Sales to deliver solutions.

Qualifications

• University degree or commercial education, preferably in Electronic Engineering.
• Experience in technical sales and building client relationships.
• Business fluent in Polish with good English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand business with new and existing customers across the assigned region.
• Maintain and grow current business levels within the existing customer base.
• Identify, evaluate, and acquire new business opportunities and market segments.
• Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
• Plan, organize, and support sales actions, including exhibitions and workshops.
• Collaborate with BDMs, Field Application Engineers, and Inside Sales on solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to drive growth.
