Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a Sales Manager Intelligent Labels for the Eastern Europe region. You will work remotely or hybrid, visiting customers as needed and driving RFID adoption across industries.

Role focuses on expanding accounts in East Europe, including Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, and Bulgaria, with a strong emphasis on strategic pipeline management and technical RFID knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within an international business in RFID or highly technical products.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, both spoken and written, with a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Grow and develop sales by winning new customers and expanding existing accounts across East Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria).
• Execute results-oriented selling across the RFID product portfolio, applying technical knowledge of RFID transponders and their use cases.
• Proactively build a robust sales pipeline, focusing on both new prospects and re-activating previous customers.
• Achieve sales and margin targets within the EMEA region while maintaining integrity to focus on the most rewarding requests and customers.
• Develop a sound understanding of the competitive landscape, manage forecasts, and track activities in Salesforce.
