Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a Sales Manager for the Czech & Slovak markets to drive workwear and sportswear business from our Wroclaw-based EE sales team. Hybrid work arrangement, focus on strategic accounts, and strong relationship-building with key brands and teamsport partners.

You will manage negotiations, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with global teams. Fluent Czech/Slovak and English are required, with 5+ years in related sales roles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales and account management within the workwear and/or sport industry.
• Fluency in Czech/Slovak and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Advanced knowledge of embellishment techniques and products (HTL, sublimation, woven materials).

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the workwear and sport industry.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for key brands, aligning with company goals.
• Cultivate relationships with decision-makers to build trust and rapport.
• Lead negotiations and contract discussions for mutual benefits.
• Track revenue, pipeline, margins, and market share; report findings to management.
