Job summary

Harper Fox Partners is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager for Eastern Europe to drive growth across Aerospace, Defence and Harsh Environment Industrial markets. This is a fully remote, home-based role with travel across Eastern Europe and occasional UK/international trips.

You will own Eastern Europe, develop territory plans and close new business while collaborating with Engineering, Marketing and Customer Service teams to maximize revenue and margins.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in business development and sales in Eastern Europe.
• Experience selling connectivity or related technical solutions.
• Strong hunter mentality with ability to close new business.
