Blue Lynx is seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Manager to drive growth across Poland and select Central and Eastern European markets. The role is fully remote, and requires native Polish and fluent English with a proven track record in food and beverage sales.

You will identify distributors, manage partnerships, lead product demonstrations and pricing discussions, and build a scalable market presence while shaping the sales strategy and growth plan.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or business development in food and beverage.
• Fluent in Polish and English, written and spoken.
• Experience with customer presentations and negotiations.
• Strong lead generation and pipeline management skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop new business opportunities across Poland and selected CE markets.
• Identify, appoint and manage distributor and wholesale partners.
• Generate leads through networking and market research.
• Build and maintain relationships with foodservice operators and key accounts.
• Conduct customer presentations, product demonstrations and negotiations.
• Manage sales pipelines, forecasts and CRM updates.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with Marketing, NPD, Technical and Supply Chain teams.
• Represent the company at meetings, trade shows and events.
• Provide market insights to support international expansion.
