Rockstar is seeking a seasoned Provider Credentialing Specialist to support U.S.-based practices on a full-time remote basis. You will manage provider credentialing, CAQH, NPI enrollment, and payer follow-up, ensuring accurate, timely submissions with minimal gaps.

Responsibilities include gathering documentation, submitting applications for all payers, tracking progress, and maintaining compliant, audit-ready records. This role emphasizes meticulous follow-up and organized processes.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of hands-on provider credentialing experience.
• Experience managing full credentialing workflows end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of CAQH, NPI enrollment, and payer requirements.
• Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid and commercial payer enrollment.
• Proactive payer follow-up and timely documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and deadline discipline.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple workflows.

Aufgaben

• Gather required documentation to initiate credentialing.
• Prepare and submit credentialing applications for new providers.
• Complete re-credentialing before expiration deadlines.
• Submit NPI/PECOS and CMS enrollments as needed.
• Manage multi-state credentialing and payer-specific rules.

• File credentialing confirmations in provider records.
