Job summary

1bios is seeking experienced Enrollment Specialists to join our remote team supporting U.S. Medicare patients. In this role, you will make outbound calls, explain RPM and CCM programs, obtain verbal consent, and enroll eligible patients.

This independent contractor position offers flexibility with full-time or part-time schedules (minimum 20 hours per week) and hours aligned to U.S. Eastern or Central Time. A quiet home office and reliable internet are required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with U.S. healthcare or Medicare patients.
• Clear spoken English suitable for older adults.
• Reliable home internet and quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

• Make 8–15 outbound calls per hour to U.S. Medicare patients.
• Educate patients on doctor-recommended RPM and CCM programs.
• Answer Medicare questions (coverage, monthly participation, opt-out).
• Obtain verbal consent and enroll interested patients in our system.
• Accurately document call notes and patient information.
• Meet daily productivity and enrollment performance targets.
