Virtual Rockstar is hiring a full-time Home Health QA Reviewer to work remotely. The role focuses on daily QA reviews of visits conducted by nurses and therapists, with an emphasis on identifying add-on codes to improve revenue.

Experience with WellSky in a home health setting is preferred. You will review documentation for accuracy, ensure alignment with physician orders and plan of care, and maintain high-volume processing while communicating findings to clinicians.

Qualifications

• Experience using WellSky in the home health setting.
• Nursing background with LPN or RN license preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Review daily nurse and therapist visits for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify add-on coding opportunities to support revenue.
• Ensure documentation and signatures align with orders and plan of care.
• Log coding findings and revenue impact for audits.
• Communicate findings to clinicians and leadership.
