Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make 8–15 outbound calls per hour to eligible patients.
• Educate patients on RPM and CCM programs per doctor recommendations.
• Obtain verbal consent and enter required data into the system.
• Maintain records and meet productivity and enrollment goals.
• Participate in text and/or email campaigns and respond to inquiries.
