Secure IQ Services is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to bridge external agencies and the internal sales team. You will run the reporting cadence, coordinate reviews, and spot anomalies early while maintaining dashboards and monthly summaries.

This fully remote role emphasizes governance and data-driven decision making, not creative marketing execution. 1–3+ years in marketing operations is preferred, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in marketing operations, agency coordination, or marketing support.
• Strong organisational systems with relentless follow-through on deadlines.
• Ability to read marketing performance reports and spot changes in key metrics.
• Excellent written communication for turning data into summaries.
• Experience managing external agencies with polite but firm accountability.
• Comfort with cost per lead, conversion rates and attribution basics.
• Pattern recognition to flag anomalies within 48 hours.
• Experience with spreadsheets, dashboards, or CRM reporting tools.
• Commercial judgement focused on revenue protection and lead quality.
• Low-ego collaboration with sales teams and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating rhythm between external agencies and internal sales.
• Run recurring reporting cadence and coordinate monthly agency reviews.
• Spot performance anomalies early and alert stakeholders.
• Maintain weekly dashboards and deliver monthly performance summaries.
• Build the feedback loop between sales and marketing partners.
• Ensure the founder isn’t the bottleneck for marketing operations.
