Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Senior Marketing & Operations Support to run the day-to-day of a fast-paced coaching and consulting business. This hybrid role splits 50% operations and 50% marketing, ideal for someone who values structure and enjoys both organizational work and creative marketing tasks.

You will manage calendars, track invoices, report on marketing performance, support campaigns across digital channels, coordinate content, and help grow the brand while working fully remote.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a combined marketing and operations, executive assistant, or business support role.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable managing calendars, admin tasks, and light bookkeeping/invoice tracking.
• Experience supporting or executing marketing campaigns (social media, email, content).
• Ability to build simple reports and communicate performance clearly.
• Strategic thinker who can also execute hands-on, day-to-day tasks.
• Highly self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong sense of ownership, discretion, and reliability when supporting a business owner directly.

Responsibilities

• Operations (50%): Manage the business owner's calendar, scheduling, and appointment coordination.
• Keep systems, files, and processes organized and up to date.
• Track and check invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
• Run and compile reports on marketing performance and business metrics.
• Support day-to-day administrative operations and general business coordination.
• Help maintain and improve internal processes and workflows.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for scheduling, logistics, and general operational needs.
• Marketing (50%): Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels.
• Assist with content coordination for social media, email, and website.
• Help draft communications, reports, and marketing materials with strong writing skills.
• Contribute ideas and think strategically about marketing initiatives and growth opportunities.
• Track and report on campaign performance and key marketing metrics.
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, or external vendors as needed.
• Support brand consistency across marketing materials and communications.
