Job summary

Keywords Studios is seeking a Player Engagement Agent to bridge our clients with the gaming community. You will respond to players' questions via ticketing, email, or chat, investigate issues, and relay feedback to developers in a fast-paced, remote role.

Requirements include German at C1-C2 and English at B2+, experience with Zendesk/Helpshift, and the ability to work weekends. We offer remote work with equipment, health benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Mastery in German at C1-C2 with English at B2 or higher.
• Excellent communication skills for effective player support.
• Availability for full-time work, including weekends.
• Experience with CRM tools and knowledge bases.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and deliver prompt, quality responses to players’ questions via ticketing, email, or chat.
• Provide translations when required to ensure seamless communication.
• Gather and relay player feedback to developers and internal teams.
