Job summary

Team Up is seeking a hands-on Full-Stack Engineer to own a real-time player engagement platform end-to-end. You will deliver across the stack, from frontend to backend and real-time integrations, in a small, fast-moving distributed team with the CEO owning the product vision.

This is a builder role focused on shipping, product thinking, and strong English communication. Fully remote options are available, with Poland preferred and global possibilities for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Must own frontend and backend / APIs end-to-end.
• Experience with real-time systems (WebSockets or similar).
• Proficient in PixiJS or a comparable JS 2D rendering library.
• Product-minded with independence to drive decisions.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Proven track record shipping a complex product end-to-end (portfolio / GitHub).

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of a real-time player engagement module and deliver it to production
• Make sensible trade-offs and ship production-grade solutions even without a perfect spec
• Integrate with third-party systems and coordinate with game, UX and art contractors
• Work directly with the CEO and Head of Game Engineering, proactively shaping the product rather than waiting for tickets
