You will surface insights to teams and provide expert guidance on supported titles. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in gaming community support, native English, and strong knowledge of social platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in high-tier community support or moderation within the gaming industry.
• Native-level English proficiency with Western culture and social media etiquette.
• Deep familiarity with Western gaming culture and online community dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Manage online communities across platforms (Discord, X, Facebook) following platform guidelines and company policies.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive environment to protect player trust and brand reputation.
• Surface insights to internal teams to support proactive decision-making and community health.
• Act as a subject matter expert on supported titles and provide high-tier guidance and troubleshooting.
• Respond to inquiries with professionalism and empathy while moderating content.
• Ensure alignment with company policies and community governance standards.
