Responsibilities

• Assist P&C and payroll processes for IKEA Hungary co-workers via email and phone.
• Coordinate with the national P&C unit for clarifications/errors in applications.
• Support onboarding, buddy system and training activities.
• Handle routine HR administration tasks and data processing.
• Contribute to creating a supportive, collaborative team environment.
