Job summary

Ingka Business Service Center in Poznań is seeking a payroll and HR administrator to manage the full employee lifecycle, payroll processing, and reporting across the Czech and Slovak regions. The role involves coordinating with the national HR unit, Excel data analysis, and employee support.

Qualifications

• Payroll experience for Czechia and/or Slovakia.
• Experience with SAP for P&C, ServiceNOW, Avature or similar.
• Familiar with Czech labour law.
• Fluent in Czech/Slovak and English.
• Comfortable using MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform administration tasks for the full employee cycle from hiring to termination.
• Process payroll calculations and checks.
• Process ongoing country orders in the system (additional reports, OM changes).
• Run yearly activities such as salary increases and bonus payouts.
• Coordinate with national HR unit for clarifications.
