Job summary

Remote is seeking a Coordinator, Payroll Client Services to resolve customer payroll inquiries and support smooth payroll operations across regions. You’ll learn payroll processes, follow structured workflows, and build foundational payroll expertise while communicating clearly with customers in an asynchronous, global environment.

Start date is as soon as possible, with a fully remote role in the EMEA region.

Qualifications

Resolve customer inquiries related to payroll processing and platform usage.
Follow defined workflows and SLAs to ensure timely responses.
Document issues clearly and escalate to senior staff when needed.
Learn payroll concepts and compliance for supported regions.

Responsibilities

Resolve customer payroll inquiries related to processing, discrepancies, and platform usage.
Ensure timely responses via email, chat, phone, and other channels that meet SLAs.
Gather information to diagnose payroll issues using available tools and customer data.
Escalate complex cases to senior team members per workflows.
Document issue details and resolution steps clearly.
Follow internal workflows and support documentation to resolve cases consistently.
Adhere to SLAs and operational guidelines.
Identify recurring issues to improve documentation and processes.
