Job summary

Remote is looking for a Global Payroll Implementation Specialist to join our Global Payroll Implementations team. You will implement new customers onto our Remote Global Payroll platform with accuracy and within agreed timescales, reporting to the Manager, Global Payroll Implementations.

You will coordinate data collection, configure per entity, run parallel payrolls, ensure compliance, and guide customers through Go-Live. This role thrives in a fast-paced, international, async environment.

Qualifications

• Global Payroll Implementation experience with statutory tax regulations and payroll processing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for Payroll customers to set up and provide an accurate and seamless transition of their payroll requirements to Remote’s Payroll products and services.
• Analyze customers’ payroll needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Direct and manage the implementation of new customers from the start of the relationship, including obtaining all required payroll data and configuring Remote’s Global Payroll system per entity.
• Coordinate parallel payroll runs and reconcile wage-based taxes.
• Verify payroll and tax setup is compliant with statutory regulations.
• Coordinate payroll Go-Live and hand over payroll to Operations.
• Communicate with customers, teammates, and vendors in a timely and clear fashion.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and support high retention.
• Provide training on payroll processes and country-specific needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of all information.
• Assist in process documentation and UAT testing through shipping.
