Job summary

Contentsquare is seeking a Payroll Operations specialist who will support international payroll processes under the Senior Payroll Manager based in Paris. You will ensure accurate and compliant payroll across multiple countries and contribute to projects like entity openings, automation, and process improvements.

You will transmit data to providers, review payslips, and handle deductions, allowances, and terminations simulations, while collaborating with People Operations and HR teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR and/or Payroll, handling payroll or finance processes.
• Strong time management, analytical and investigative skills to meet deadlines with accuracy.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and advanced calculation abilities.
• Familiarity with payroll tools such as ADP Celergo, Papaya Payroll, Atlas or similar.

Responsibilities

• Transmit variable information to payroll providers for payslip preparation.
• Control payslips and review payroll reports for accuracy before transactions.
• Manage salary advances and calculate variable payroll inputs (transportation, meal vouchers, on-call).
• Coordinate payroll changes with People Operations including leavers, hires and role changes.
