Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a Payroll Co-ordinator to join the Global Workforce Operations team in Poland. You will manage payroll data, process monthly payroll in SAP Globalview, and support international payroll tasks across the EMEA region.

You will collaborate with tax authorities and pension providers, answer payroll inquiries through ServiceNow, and help onboard new staff while seeking ongoing process improvements and efficiency gains in a global, structured environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in European payroll (France, Italy, UK, Netherlands, Turkey a plus)
• Knowledge of payroll legislation or similar
• Strong English communications; additional languages a plus
• Ability to document processes and suggest improvements

Responsibilities

• Payroll data administration and monthly payroll using SAP Globalview
• Support international payroll administration within the GWO team
• Assist with onboarding of new employees
• Interface with tax authorities, social security, health insurance or pension providers as SAP users
• Respond to payroll inquiries via ServiceNow (email, phone, chat, cases)
• Coordinate with internal/external partners for global assignments
• Educate employees about services and self-service tools
• Recommend process improvements based on analyses
