Job summary

Abakus School in Łódź is seeking a part-time Sales Manager to guide Polish clients from initial inquiry through to a demo and purchase. You will support clients with empathy, manage communications in AmoCRM, and collaborate with the team to reach sales targets.

The role requires native Polish, basic English for internal use, and 6+ months in education-related, consultative phone sales. Fully remote with flexible hours and KPI-driven bonuses.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contact parents via phone and WhatsApp from inquiry to demo lesson.
• Convince parents to buy the course after the trial lesson.
• Handle client requests and customize solutions.
• Manage customer interactions in AmoCRM according to procedures.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions.
• Address objections and provide professional consultation.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships to support sales.
