Abakus School in Poland is seeking a part-time Sales Specialist to help families choose the right learning path. The role involves guiding parents from initial inquiry through a demo, then closing the sale after the trial.

Qualifications

• Native-level Polish as you will work with Polish clients.
• Basic English for internal team communication.
• At least 6 months in education-related, consultative, phone sales.

Responsibilities

• Contact parents via phone and Whatsapp, guiding from inquiry to demo.
• Convince parents after trial to enroll in the course.
• Handle inquiries and customize responses for client needs.
• Manage interactions and transactions in AmoCRM per procedures.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions.
• Address objections with professional consultation to suggest suitable plans.
• Build positive relationships to support satisfaction and sales.
