Job summary

Abakus School in Poland seeks a part-time Sales Manager to join our remote team. You will contact parents by phone and WhatsApp, guide them from inquiry to a successful demo lesson, and follow up after trials to close sales.

You will work fully remotely with flexible hours. Native Polish and basic English are required, plus at least 6 months in education-related, consultative sales. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

Native Polish is required.
Basic English for internal communication.
At least 6 months in education-related, consultative, phone sales.
Proficient with CRM systems and collaboration tools.
Tech-savvy with tools like Google Workspace, CRM, chat platforms.

Responsibilities

Contact parents via phone and WhatsApp from initial inquiry to a successful demo lesson.
Speak with parents after the trial and convince them to buy the course.
Handle client requests, questions, and individual requirements.
Manage customer interactions and transactions in AmoCRM according to procedures.
Attend team meetings, manager reviews, and training sessions.
Address objections and provide professional consultation to select the best educational plan.
Build and maintain positive client relationships to support satisfaction and sales performance.
