Job summary

Scale-X Solutions seeks an experienced Virtual Assistant - Bookkeeper to join our remote team. You will manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain NetSuite data, reconcile accounts, and produce reports while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

You will support accounts payable/receivable processes, reports, and financial summaries in a fully remote capacity, with emphasis on data integrity and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a Virtual Assistant - Bookkeeper, or similar role.
• Proficiency with NetSuite ERP is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.
• Maintain an organized system of financial records.
• Manage and maintain financial data in NetSuite ERP.
• Assist in customizing and optimizing NetSuite workflows and reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NetSuite functionality.
