Responsabilités

• Complete deliverables in an efficient and timely manner based on the task list and guidelines of Support Speedy and the client.
• Ensure monthly financials are accurate, updated, and ready for transmittal; explain them to the client as needed.
• Carry out daily/monthly tasks and any other tasks assigned by the client.
• Maintain a strong relationship with clients through clear communication and proactive support.
• Stay up-to-date with KW/MC Process updates and real estate knowledge; participate in training.
• Respond to MC queries as guided by the SLA.
• Attend MC Huddles and SS meetings.
• Advocate for Support Speedy and embody company culture and values with clients.
