Job summary

OANDA Poland sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced client-facing specialist for a fully remote Independent Contractor role.

You will support a global team across multiple locations including Krakow, with duties spanning product education, troubleshooting, CRM case handling, and regulatory-compliant processes. You will work with English and Mandarin language requirements, align with Singapore business hours, and use your own device via VDI.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing roles is required.
• Understanding of trading, Forex, CFDs, commodities, indices, and market mechanics.
• Active business registration to operate as an independent contractor.
• Fluent English and native Mandarin are required.
• Willingness to align with Singapore business hours.
• Excellent communication and a can-do attitude.
• Curiosity to learn product/service changes and share knowledge.
• Ability to use your own device via Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).

Responsibilities

• Inform clients about OANDA products and usage across channels.
• Provide troubleshooting for platform access, tools, and account processes.
• Maintain knowledge of the full product and service suite.
• Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and keep accurate ticket records.
• Adhere to workflows and regulatory standards for compliance and risk.
• Participate in trainings and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Foster positive client relations with a proactive attitude.
