Job summary

OANDA Poland sp. z o.o. is expanding its Client Experience Team with a fully remote Independent Contractor role. You will guide clients through our products, resolve queries, and ensure smooth account openings and funding requests while upholding regulatory standards.

You'll work with Salesforce/Zendesk, use VDI access, and align with North American business hours. Fluent English and French are required, plus a proactive, customer-first attitude and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in client-facing roles.
• Fluent English and native French.
• Willingness to establish as independent contractor with business registration.
• Experience with trading and financial instruments (Forex, CFDs, Commodities, Indices).
• Able to work North American business hours.

Responsibilities

• Inform clients about OANDA's products and how to use them via live chat, phone, email and digital platforms.
• Provide troubleshooting and resolve technical or procedural queries.
• Maintain knowledge of the complete line of products and services.
• Manage cases using CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk) with clear audit trails.
• Adhere to workflows and regulatory standards to ensure compliance.
• Participate in training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Promote positive client relations with a can-do attitude.
