Job summary

OANDA Global Corporation offers a fully remote Independent Contractor role in our Client Experience team, supporting a global group with offices including Toronto, Krakow, Tokyo and Singapore.

You will inform clients about our products, troubleshoot issues, and manage cases using CRM platforms. Fluency in English and at least one of Spanish, French or Portuguese is required, along with a valid business registration to operate as an independent contractor.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing roles.
• Active business registration or willingness to establish one to operate as an independent contractor.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Native or fluent in Spanish, French or Portuguese.
• Excellent communication skills and positive attitude.
• Keen to learn and stay updated on product and service changes.

Responsibilities

• Inform clients about OANDA's products and how to use them across live chat, phone, email and digital platforms.
• Provide troubleshooting assistance and resolve technical or procedural queries regarding platform access and account processes.
• Maintain a working knowledge of OANDA's products and services.
• Manage cases using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and document in ticketing systems for audit trails.
• Adhere to operational workflows and regulatory standards to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
• Participate in training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Promote positive client relations with a can-do attitude.
