Qualifications

Prior client-facing experience in a service role.
Polish language at native or C1 level and fluent English.
Ability to work morning shift and weekends on rotation.
Excellent communication and a positive attitude.
Interest in learning and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

Serve customers in Polish and English across channels (live chat, phone, email).
Inform clients about OANDA products and how to use them.
Provide troubleshooting for platform access, trading tools, and account processes.
Maintain knowledge of products and services; document cases for audit trail.
Adhere to workflows and regulatory standards; participate in training.
Promote positive client relations and assist with knowledge transfer.
