Job summary

OANDA Poland sp. z o.o. is seeking a Client Experience Associate to join our fully remote Global Client Experience Team.

You will support clients across multiple regions, helping them understand our trading platform and services. Qualifications

Experience in client-facing roles or customer support.
Must be fluent in English and capable of professional communication.
Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

Inform clients about OANDA's products and how to use them across live chat, phone, email and digital platforms.
Provide troubleshooting and resolve technical or procedural queries related to platform access and accounts.
Maintain knowledge of products and services offered by OANDA.
Manage and resolve standard cases using CRM tools, with accurate documentation for audit trails.
Adhere to workflows and regulatory standards for compliance and risk mitigation.
Participate in training and knowledge-transfer sessions.
Promote positive client relations with a can-do attitude.
