Job summary

OANDA Poland sp. z o.o. is seeking a client-facing team member to support a global audience in a fully remote Independent Contractor role. You will assist with account openings, funding requests, and product guidance across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate has fluent English, strong communication skills, and is comfortable working in a diverse, fast-paced FinTech environment with flexible weekend coverage on a rotating basis.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in client-facing roles.
• Active business registration (or willingness to establish one) to operate as an independent contractor in your country of residence.
• Fluent English.
• Native or fluent proficiency in at least one of German, French, Spanish, Polish.
• Excellent communication skills and positive attitude.
• Passionate about learning and gaining new knowledge about product and service changes.
• Nice to have: Salesforce and/or Zendesk experience.
• Prior exposure to trading/financial markets or trading-related client inquiries.
• Flexible scheduling and weekend/holiday coverage on rotation.

Responsibilities

• Inform clients about OANDA's products and help them understand how to use them across live chat, phone, email and digital platforms.
• Provide troubleshooting and resolve technical or procedural queries regarding platform access and trading tools.
• Maintain knowledge of OANDA's full range of products and services.
• Manage and resolve standard cases using CRM tools and document in ticketing systems for audit trails.
• Adhere to operational workflows and regulatory standards to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
• Participate in operational briefings, training, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Promote positive client relations with a can-do attitude and willingness to help.
