OANDA Poland sp. z o.o. seeks a client experience professional to support customers in English and Polish. You will explain products, assist with live chat, phone, email, and digital platforms, and resolve technical or procedural queries while maintaining accurate CRM tickets.

You will work in a hybrid model with in-office days twice a week, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and onboarding workflows within an international FinTech setting.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in client-facing roles.
• Polish: Native or minimum C1 level.
• Fluent English.
• Ability to work the morning shift (8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.).
• Excellent communication skills and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to product/service changes.

Aufgaben

• Primarily serve customers in English and Polish.
• Inform clients about OANDA's products and how to use them via live chat, phone, email, and digital platforms.
• Provide troubleshooting and resolve technical or procedural queries for platform access and trading tools.
• Maintain knowledge of the full range of products and services offered by OANDA.
• Manage standard cases using CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk) with clear ticket documentation.
• Adhere to operational workflows and regulatory standards to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
• Participate in training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Promote positive client relations with a can-do attitude.
