Job summary

OANDA Poland sp. z o.o. is seeking an independent contractor to support a global Client Experience Team from a fully remote setup.

You will assist with account openings and funding requests, communicate product insights, and resolve technical and procedural queries via live chat, phone, email, and digital platforms. Fluent English and a willingness to operate as an independent contractor with active business registration are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in client-facing roles.
• Active business registration (or willingness to establish one).
• Fluent English.
• Native or fluent in at least one of Mandarin, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, Filipino.

Responsibilities

• Inform clients about OANDA's products and how to use them across live chat, phone, email, and digital platforms.
• Provide troubleshooting and resolve issues with platform access, trading tools, and account processes.
• Maintain knowledge of the full range of products and services offered by OANDA.
• Manage cases using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) with clear audit trails.
• Follow workflows and regulatory standards to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
• Participate in training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Foster positive client relations with a can-do attitude.
