eCarsTrade is a fast-growing B2B online used-car auction platform in Europe. We are hiring a Key Account Manager to own and grow our dealer portfolio across Central & Eastern Europe. This true sales role emphasizes proactive acquisition and advisory relationships.

You’ll drive bids, negotiate, onboard new dealers, and manage long-term partnerships from a fully remote, contractor framework. Fluency in Polish and English is required, additional languages are a strong plus, and you will join a

Qualifications

• Experience in Key Account Management, B2B sales or business development.
• Must be genuinely commercial with target-driven mindset.
• Excellent phone skills: outbound, inbound, negotiation.
• Autonomous and proactive with strong prioritization.
• Polish and English mandatory; other languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own and grow key accounts in Central & Eastern Europe.
• Onboard new high-value dealers and nurture existing ones.
