Stripe is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive (Hunter) for Central Eastern Europe, with remote work options in Poland or Romania. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and manage relationships with high-growth tech companies across CE Europe.

The role requires 7+ years of enterprise sales, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to navigate complex organizations.

Competenze

• 7+ years of sales experience, preferably selling a highly technical product to enterprise customers.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple products.
• Ability to develop and execute account plans spanning multiple business units across complex organizations.

Mansioni

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and manage existing relationships.
• Develop outbound strategies to create and nurture opportunities and expand Stripe’s footprint.
• Lead commercial negotiations and close complex deals with executive stakeholders.
• Build and maintain account plans for named customers across Central Eastern Europe.
