Job summary

Echez is seeking a Digital Partner Development Manager based in Japan to drive growth across the Japanese technology partner ecosystem in a fully remote capacity. You will nurture relationships with partner executives, develop strategic plans, and accelerate revenue and pipeline for Microsoft solutions and emerging tech.

You will collaborate with an international team, provide pre- and post-sales support, and help partners strengthen capabilities in Cloud, AI, and Copilot.

Qualifications

• Experience in partner development, channel sales, business development, or account management in technology.
• Ability to work remotely from Japan and collaborate with international teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with partner executives and stakeholders.
• Develop strategic partner plans aligned with revenue objectives.
• Identify new business and growth opportunities.
• Drive pipeline development, forecasting, and sales performance.
• Provide support on Microsoft solutions, licensing, incentives and digital sales initiatives.
• Help partners strengthen capabilities in Cloud, AI, Copilot, and emerging technologies.
• Conduct partner business reviews and recommend actions to improve growth and profitability.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support throughout the partner journey.
• Collaborate with international teams to resolve business challenges and drive partner success.
• Maintain accurate partner, opportunity, and activity information in CRM systems.
