Series A - AI Cybersecurity vendor is seeking a Founding EMEA Channel & Alliances Manager to build a channel-driven go-to-market in Europe, starting from scratch and scaling with key partners across the region.

The role requires hands-on experience recruiting and enabling partners, plus the ability to drive co-sell motions with regional sales leadership while traveling across EMEA as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in channel development, alliances, or partner recruitment in cybersecurity or cloud-native software.
• EMEA partner network experience across the UK&I, DACH, France, Benelux.
• Hunter mindset with ability to drive co-sell and momentum across partners.

Responsibilities

• Build, recruit, and scale the EMEA partner ecosystem from scratch.
• Identify, onboard, and activate strategic partners across GSIs, MSSPs, VARs, and CSPs.
• Create managed service offerings with top MSSPs and security boutiques.
• Drive co-sell motions with regional sales leadership to build a multi-partner pipeline.
