Job summary

DoiT International is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate demand for our Cloud Intelligence offerings. This remote role is based in Central & Eastern Europe, including Poland, and will own core digital acquisition and ABM initiatives in collaboration with sales and product teams.

You will build and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and other channels, track results weekly, and drive pipeline targets with regional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in high-growth, fast-paced technology companies.
• Strong background in B2B digital marketing and ABM campaigns.
• Experience with launching paid campaigns that convert to opportunities.
• Deep understanding of CPL, CAC, ROAS and pipeline efficiency.
• Proven track record managing $1M+ annual marketing budgets.
• Experience managing agencies and external partners.
• Entrepreneurial mindset in dynamic environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale paid digital acquisition across key channels.
• Manage and optimize campaign structure, targeting, and performance.
• Oversee partnerships with paid media agencies and freelancers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align growth with revenue goals.
• Lead ABM strategy and measure impact weekly.
• Manage MDFs and budgets with global teams.
• Develop and launch campaign assets with stakeholders.
• Translate performance data into actionable growth plans.
