Connect is seeking a Partner Success Manager to turn great partnerships into thriving, growing collaborations. You will own the partner journey from onboarding to ongoing adoption, engaging with partners to maximize value and expansion opportunities.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, Support, and Sales to remove obstacles and continuously improve the Connect partner experience, becoming a trusted advocate who drives measurable results.

Qualifications

Build trusted partnerships with key stakeholders.
Clearly communicate goals and progress with partners.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple partners.

Responsibilities

Own onboarding & launch for new partners, guiding Connect through a successful start.
Drive partner engagement and adoption by showing value and enabling teams.
Monitor partner activity and performance, providing insights and improvements.
Create partner-facing enablement content with Marketing and Product teams.
Collaborate with Sales and internal stakeholders on expansion opportunities.
Establish scalable partner processes within CRM to improve experience.
