Job summary

Customs Support Group B.V. is seeking an IT Specialist to support colleagues across our DACH locations while keeping the bigger picture of our IT systems in view. You will work from home and travel occasionally for on-site visits.

You will provide first- and second-level support, resolve IT issues, set up hardware and software, and contribute to rollouts and IT projects. A structured, service-oriented approach and strong English (German is a plus) will help you thrive.

Qualifications

• Vocational training or a degree in IT, or an equivalent qualification.
• Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 environments and how IT systems connect.
• Structured, independent, service-oriented approach with strong analytical thinking.
• Confident communication in English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level support to colleagues across DACH locations.
• Resolve IT issues and set up hardware and software.
• Look beyond individual systems to understand IT context and requirements.
• Contribute to IT rollouts and day-to-day IT operations.
