Job summary

Customs Support Group B.V. is seeking an IT Specialist to support colleagues across our DACH locations while keeping the bigger picture of our IT systems in view. You will work from home and travel occasionally for on-site visits.

You will provide first- and second-level support, resolve IT issues, set up hardware and software, and contribute to rollouts and IT projects. A structured, service-oriented approach and strong English (German is a plus) will help you thrive.

Qualifications

• Vocational training or a degree in IT, or an equivalent qualification.
• Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 environments and how IT systems connect.
• Structured, independent, service-oriented approach with strong analytical thinking.
• Confident communication in English; German is a plus.

What you bring

• Vocational training or a degree in IT, or an equivalent qualification, along with practical experience.
• Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 environments, combined with a broad understanding of how IT systems work together.
• A structured, independent and service-oriented approach to work, with strong analytical thinking.
• Confident communication in English, German is a plus.

Your working arrangements

You will work from home and provide on-site support when needed. You should be willing to travel: business trips and on-site visits are occasionally required but remain the exception.
