Job summary

Customs Support Group is seeking an IT Specialist to support colleagues across our DACH locations. You will work from home with occasional on-site visits, handling IT issues, hardware and software setup, and project rollouts.

Ideal candidates have IT training or degree, strong Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge, and a structured, service-oriented approach. English communication is essential; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Vocational training or IT degree plus practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Structured, independent and service-oriented approach to work.
• Confident communication in English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level IT support to colleagues in our DACH locations.
• Resolve IT issues and set up hardware and software.
• Assess technical requirements and challenges in the wider IT context.
• Contribute to rollouts and IT projects and support day-to-day IT operations.
